i.

General Pre-Employment Exam

Standard physical including Snellen vision and Whisper hearing test. Used for new hires in physical, public-facing, or safety-sensitive roles.

ii.

10-Panel Drug Screen

Available as DOT-compliant sendout, non-DOT sendout, or in-office instant. We handle pre-placement, random, suspicion, post-accident, and return-to-duty testing.

iii.

Breath Alcohol Testing

Workplace breath alcohol screening for pre-employment, post-incident, or random testing programs. Quick, professional, and discreet.

iv.

Audiogram

Occupational hearing test required by OSHA for workers regularly exposed to loud environments. Documentation provided for your records.

v.

Spirometry & Respiratory Eval

Lung function testing for occupational health programs and respiratory medical clearance — required for some industrial, healthcare, and construction roles.

vi.

DOT Physicals

Download our Authorization Form, fill out the employee details, and check the boxes for the services you're authorizing. Send it to us by fax, email, or have the employee bring it in person.

Walk in & complete the exam

No appointment needed for most pre-employment exams. Bring a photo ID and any forms your employer gave you. Drug screens are walk-in Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 3 PM. Most visits are completed in under an hour.

For the Employer

Receive results

In-office results (physical exam findings, breath alcohol, in-office drug screens) are returned same day or next day. Sendout drug screens take 1–3 business days for the lab to process. Results sent your preferred way: fax, email, or mail.

  • A photo ID (driver's license is fine)
  • The completed Authorization Form (if you have it)
  • List of current medications
  • Glasses or contacts (if needed for vision portion)
  • Hearing aids (if applicable for hearing test)
