We're unable to accept Medicaid plans at this time. If you have Medicaid, please contact your provider for a list of in-network options.

Welcome to Northern Michigan. Out-of-state plans may be out-of-network — call us first to verify, or come in as self-pay. We see plenty of summer visitors and we'll take care of you.
