Walk-in X-ray. Same-visit answers.
If you've broken something, can't catch your breath, or need imaging fast — we can image and read your X-ray during your visit. No second appointment, no separate facility, no driving across town.
Common reasons patients walk in for an X-ray.
If you're not sure whether X-ray is the right test for what you're feeling — call us. We'll help you figure it out.
Suspected Fractures & Breaks
The most common reason patients walk in for an X-ray. Wrists, ankles, hands, feet, ribs, and more — we can confirm or rule out a fracture and splint it during the same visit.
Suspected Pneumonia
Persistent cough, fever, chest tightness, or shortness of breath? A chest X-ray helps us identify or rule out pneumonia — and start the right treatment quickly.
Kidney Stones
Sharp flank or back pain, blood in your urine, or pain that comes in waves can point to kidney stones. X-ray helps us evaluate and decide on next steps.
Sprains & Joint Injuries
Even if a bone isn't broken, X-ray helps rule out fracture so we can confidently treat a sprain. We splint, brace, and refer to orthopedics when needed.
Foreign Body Localization
Stepped on something, swallowed something, or have something embedded? X-ray locates metal, glass, and other dense foreign bodies so we can remove them safely.
Chest & Abdominal Pain Workup
Chest discomfort, abdominal pain, or unexplained pressure can sometimes be evaluated with X-ray as part of a broader workup — alongside EKG and on-site lab.
When to skip urgent care and head to the ER: Severe difficulty breathing, suspected stroke, severe chest pain with arm or jaw pain, suspected spinal injury, or any life-threatening situation. When in doubt, call 911.
Three steps from walking in to having answers.
You don't need an appointment, a referral, or paperwork to be seen. Here's how a typical X-ray visit goes.
Walk in & check in
Stop by 624 Charlevoix Avenue during open hours. Bring your insurance card and ID. Our front desk gets you registered and into a room as quickly as possible.
Typical Time
5–10 minutes
See a provider & get imaged
A provider evaluates your symptoms and decides whether an X-ray is the right test. If it is, our trained staff takes the images right here in the clinic — no second appointment, no separate facility.
Typical Time
15–25 minutes
Get your results & plan
Your provider reviews the images during your visit, explains what they show, and walks you through next steps — whether that's a splint, a prescription, a referral, or rest at home.
Typical Time
10–15 minutes
