Hurt at work? Walk in.
Same-visit evaluation, treatment, and the documentation your employer and carrier need. We handle workers' comp injuries every week — from cuts and sprains to fractures and back strains — and we coordinate the paperwork so you don't have to.
Before you come in: If you can, get your workers' comp claim number, employer contact info, and the carrier's name from your supervisor or HR. If you don't have it yet, walk in anyway — we'll work with you.
The on-the-job injuries we see every week.
Construction, manufacturing, restaurant, healthcare, retail, office work — most common injuries can be handled here in a single visit.
Cuts & Lacerations
Box cutters, tools, glass, sheet metal, kitchen knives. We evaluate, clean, close with stitches or skin glue, and handle a tetanus booster if needed — all the same visit.
Sprains, Strains & Soft-Tissue Injuries
Twisted ankles, pulled muscles, lifting injuries, slip-and-fall strains. We evaluate, image if needed, and prescribe rest, ice, immobilization, or referrals to physical therapy.
Fractures & Broken Bones
Crushed fingers, fall-related fractures, awkward landings, equipment injuries. On-site X-ray confirms the diagnosis and we splint and refer to orthopedics in the same visit.
Eye Injuries & Foreign Bodies
Metal shavings, sawdust, chemical splashes, debris in the eye. We evaluate, irrigate, remove foreign bodies when possible, and refer to ophthalmology for anything beyond our scope.
Back & Neck Strain
Lifting injuries, repetitive strain, falls from height, motor vehicle incidents on the job. We evaluate, image if indicated, and coordinate physical therapy and follow-up care.
Burns & Chemical Exposure
Hot surfaces, steam, hot liquids, chemical contact, electrical burns. We evaluate severity, treat first- and second-degree burns, and refer for specialized care if needed.
When to skip urgent care and go to the ER: Severe blood loss that won't slow with pressure, suspected head or spinal injury, loss of consciousness, severe burns covering large body areas, chemical splashes to the eyes that haven't been irrigated, or any injury caused by major trauma like a fall from height or vehicle accident.
From check-in to back at work, in one visit.
We coordinate with your employer and carrier so you can focus on healing.
Walk in & check in
Stop by 624 Charlevoix Avenue. Tell our front desk this is a workers' comp injury. Bring your claim number, employer contact, and carrier name if you have them — and don't worry if you don't, we'll work with you.
Typical Time
5–15 minutes
Evaluation & treatment
A provider evaluates the injury — how it happened, current symptoms, exam findings. We image, splint, suture, irrigate, or treat as needed. Most workers' comp visits are completed in a single trip, with on-site X-ray and lab when indicated.
Typical Time
30–60 minutes
Documentation & return-to-work plan
Before you leave, your provider completes the documentation your employer and carrier need — including any work restrictions, modified-duty notes, or full return-to-work clearance. We send these directly to your employer the same day.
Typical Time
10–20 minutes
